On-site registration for the Conference will operate in Hall 10 at the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds as follows:

Tuesday, April 28 07:30-16:30
Wednesday, April 29 08:00-16:00
Thursday, April 30 08:00-13:00

Exhibition is free of charge.

Non-Israeli Participants Pre-Registration on April 26, 2015 until 12 midnight On-Site Registration

Daily Participation $160.00 $ 190.00
Full Participation $ 250.00 (3 days) $ 450.00 (3 days)
Please note: Registration fees for Israeli participants include VAT. Should the percentage of the VAT change, the registration fees will be updated accordingly.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be emailed to: afarfanyuk@kenes-exhibitions.com

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Until and including March 24, 2015 full refund less $35 USD for bank charges
Until and including April 2, 2015 50% refund
No refund on cancellations from April 3, 2015

Conference Full Registration includes:

  • Participation in all sessions
  • Printed materials of the conference
  • Light refreshments during coffee breaks
  • Lunch Box
  • One on One meetings ( Networking )

Conference Student Registration includes:

  • Participation in all sessions
  • Printed materials of the conference
  • Light refreshments during coffee breaks
  • One-on-one meetings (networking)

Professional Tours: Participation in professional tours will be available for an additional fee. Registration will be through a separate process and will be based on a first come, first-serve policy.
